When your order arrives, check each item carefully (immediately please). If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return that product for exchange, credit or refund.  Please call for a Return Authorization #.

Returns will not be accepted without an RA#.

Returns & Replacements

Merchandise may be returned in a new, unused condition within ten days of purchase. Special orders, drop ships, and custom merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.   Proof of purchase (copy of your sales receipt) is necessary to return items. In the event that your package or product is damaged, immediately contact the delivering carrier and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported to KO Trading within 72 hours.

Customer is responsible for all shipping to and from the store unless an error has been made on the part of KO Trading. Shipping charges are non-refundable

All saddle sales are final.

Backorders

We make every attempt to have all items in stock. However, in the event an item is backordered, it will be shipped as soon as possible. Customers will be notified when an item is not in stock.

Shipping Charges

We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges. Additional shipping charges will apply to heavy liquids and larger sized items. Oversized packages (larger than 12" x 12" x 12") may require additional shipping charges based on prevailing rates. You may obtain a real-time shipping quote by adding items to your cart, entering your ZIP code, and selecting your preferred carrier. International customers proceed to checkout and enter your FULL shipping information including postal code and country of delivery.

International Saddle Shipping

Customers from the following countries may choose from either USPS or FedEx. Per USPS guidelines, countries not listed are ineligible for USPS delivery of saddles due to size restrictions and must choose FedEx for shipping. If an invalid selection is made we reserve the right to hold the order and contact customer with proper shipping rates before proceeding. Countries eligible for USPS delivery of saddles are:
